When paying bills and invoices is complicated and time-consuming, customers sometimes dare to put it off. But with the Payconiq by Bancontact app on their smartphone or tablet, it’s a simple, quick and secure job.
Increase the ease of payment for your customers and add a Payconiq QR code to your invoices. The payment details are recognised immediately and your customers only need to confirm the payment with their PIN in the Payconiq by Bancontact app.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Payconiq. Save the API Key which you have received from the Payconiq team. MYBREEX needs this unique code to generate the correct QR codes on your invoices. If you do not yet have a Payconiq API key, please contact Payconiq at +3227930143.
After successful activation of the API key, the integration between Payconiq & MYBREEX is active.
Every new invoice you create from then on will automatically include a Payconiq QR code. From then on, your customers can easily pay your invoices from their mobile phone with the free Payconiq by Bancontact app.
As soon as a customer has paid via Payconiq, a notification will appear in the log of the invoice and MYBREEX will send you an email notifying you that this invoice has been paid.
The invoice will also be automatically given the correct status at that time, which means you are always aware of the status of your income. Once the transaction is visible in the Bank section, it will automatically be linked to the correct invoice.
I don’t see the QR code appearing on my invoices after activating the link?
Check via Settings > Corporate Identity > Invoice > Manage whether the unique key $Order.PaymentQR$ is available in your invoice layout. The location of this key determines where the QR code will be shown on your invoice.
Can my customer make or receive payments for any amount using the Payconiq by Bancontact app?
Mobile payments via a QR code using the Payconiq by Bancontact app are subject to different limits. Does your customer have a bank account with AXA, Belfius, BNPPF, ING, KBC, CBC or KBC Brussels and is it linked to the app? Then the bank determines the payment limits. Consult your bank’s general terms and conditions for this. If your customer has linked a bank card from another bank to the app, a payment limit of €500 per day applies.
